Sleep better with yoga
Are you having problems sleeping? Are you are awake at all hours, worrying, reading the news, and obsessing about things you can't control? Yeah, you are not alone.
Yoga has been such a game-changer for my sleep routine: if I wake up and can't get to sleep in less than 20 minutes, I get out of bed and do this simple practice. It's also a great pre-bedtime sequence to help prepare the body for relaxation.
