Strong & flexible back

Back pain sucks. We can feel better if we do two things: lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the back. We'll work on both in this video.

I spent decades with lingering pain from a broken back, and yoga is the thing that finally helped me. Regardless, be mindful as we move through, and don't do anything that causes you pain.
