The L & OK Thing

I don’t know what this mindfulness technique is called. So I call it the L & OK Thing.

Which kind of works because my name starts with an L and it’s the thing I do when I’m trying to be OK. So let’s just go with it.

I learned this during my yoga teacher training at the amazing Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. It is one of my favorite mindfulness tricks. But...it's tricky, so stick with me.

You can do this whenever, wherever you want! I've done it on planes, under my desk, off-screen on a Zoom call - it helps to bring the attention right here. Let me know what you think.
