Chair yoga

You asked for it! More seated yoga. You can do this practice in a chair, a wheelchair, at your desk, on your couch, wherever you want! We'll do some twists, side bends, heart-opening, wrist work, shoulder opening and a forward fold. Everything you need to start feeling a little more flexible, and a little more grounded.

As always, do what you can! If anything doesn't work for you - don't do it. Never move to the point of pain.
