About Lisa Jakub

Who knows more about the challenges of mental wellness than a former child actor?

After appearing in more than 40 movies and TV shows, including Mrs. Doubtfire and Independence Day, Lisa retired from acting at the age of 22.

Today, Lisa is a 500-hour therapeutically-focused yoga teacher, meditation teacher, and mental wellness coach. She is the founder and director of Mission Flexible, a non-profit for Veterans with PTS, and is the author of two books, You Look Like That Girl, and Not Just Me.
