Brand New Beginner Yoga

I hear from so many people that they don't know how to begin with yoga -- this is a great place to start! An hour-long class can be intimidating, so this 15-minute class is perfect when you are short on time. You'll still get in a meaningful practice, and hopefully, find some peace.

As always, I'm just offering some suggestions, you make decisions about what works for your body. We never want to move to the point of pain. Hope you have a great practice!
