EFT Tapping Technique

EFT (or tapping) is an evidence-based practice that uses gentle pressure on the body's meridian points - which are energy hot spots according to Chinese medicine. Many people find it calming, and helpful for bringing down anxiety levels. Combining tapping with soothing language can bring body and mind into balance. This can help with self-acceptance, self-compassion, and resetting the nervous system.
