So, you've heard that meditation is good for you - but how do you actually do it? Here's how.

This is not about religion or buying into anything. It's just about being awake in your life. It's about focusing on one thing, and not getting mad when your mind wanders. Because spoiler alert: your mind will wander. Just bring it back. Over and over. That's the practice. Let's take a deep breath together, and do this.
