Meditation: What’s the point?

Meditation is good for you, right? But what is it, really? Because sitting around thinking of nothing seems pretty pointless.

But that's not what meditation is. Meditation is concentration training. Meditation is learning how to focus your thoughts. Meditation is an incredible tool that has helped me manage my anxiety and depression.
